Personal Blessing

In Jesus' name I declare over myself a personal blessing.

From head to toe, I bless myself.

Over my head, I pray that every hair on my head be protected and covered with resiliency.

I pray that my face be made a reflection of your glory, Lord, may my eyes be fixed on you.

May my nose sense your fragrant presence and my lips be set aside for praise.

May my ears hear what your narrative is over me and about the circumstances around me.

I pray over my brain, that it may be sharp and alert.

May my mind be attentive to your kingdom and focused on your attributes.

Over my neck and shoulders I speak blessing and remove pressure.

May my neck be pliable and flexible.

I pray that my shoulders be weight free and strong for the journey ahead.

Over my chest and lungs I remove congestion and fog that does not belong there.

I receive clarity and deep breaths from the depths of your being into mine, Holy Spirit.

I speak completeness over my stomach and digestive tract.

I remove any blockages that keep me toxic and unable to receive nutrients that I need to remain in your strength.

I receive wholeness in exchange for clutter.

I command life over my reproductive system, I receive balanced hormones.

I rejoice over my identity as a woman/man.

I declare perfect peace over my body.

I declare courage over my limbs and rejoice in their ability to serve others and nurture myself.

I thank you Father, for creating in me the ability to be mobile and moveable.

I pray a blessing over my feet and their ability to carry me, walk, run and skip.

I release solidity and stability on and under my feet.

May I always be in right standing with Jesus.

I choose to celebrate my creation and I call out approval and acceptance over myself.

I place myself in proper alignment with the Godhead and stand firm in the truth of who God is.

I command alignment of my spine and spinal cord for proper use and distribution of all things, which travel that roadway.

I remove any hindrance that may be causing disruption in communications in my body.

In Jesus' name I take authority over my person, my body, my soul and my spirit.

I awaken peace over my thoughts and my dream life.

I make available to you Lord, all that you have created in me for your purposes.

I give back to you all that you have made available to me.

I pray over my consciousness, unconscious and subconscious mind to be filled with purity, trust and openness to your ways, God.

I pray over my conscience and resolve and remove any false guilt, manipulative ways or purposes not of God.

I give to you God, my past, my present and my future.

My resources, my gifts, my talents, my time, my family, my endeavors all belong to you.

I release control of the things that I am trying to accomplish without you.

I release control, I release fear, I release obstacles, I release my opinion, I release mv own values in exchange for your wisdom.

I bless myself personally, interpersonally and my sphere of influence with your wisdom, power and authority to reign instead of mine.

I receive joy, peace and restoration to my soul.

I receive perfect health, beauty and transformation in my body.

I receive your glory, your presence and your influence into my spirit.

I receive it all with complete gratitude, thankfulness and praise to your name.
